Windsor’s annual Community-wide Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025. The advertised hours are 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Register your Windsor property by Monday, May 12, at noon, for inclusion on the map.

Don’t live in Windsor but want to participate?
First come, first serve! The parking lot at the Hants Aquatic Centre. Elmcroft Park, Stannus Street, is available to groups or individuals wishing to set up. With these sites, you are responsible for bringing your own tables.
On-line maps will be available Wednesday, May 14th at NOON
Paper maps will be available from Thursday, May 15th to Saturday, May 17th at the West Hants Welcome Centre, 312 Gerrish St., Windsor

2025-26 Assistance Rebates - Forms Now Available!

Residential Property Tax Assistance / Utility Assistance
APPLICATION DEADLINE - JULY 31, 2025
If household total income does not exceed $46,414 for 2024, property owners, sewer customers and bulk water purchasers may be eligible for a rebate. Rebates will be issued to qualifying applicants as follows:
- up to 50% of the current year's property taxes to a maximum amountof $403.60 for property owners
- up to 50% of the previous year’s sewer costs to a maximum amountof $201.80 for municipal sewer customers
- up to 50% of the previous year's bulk water purchases to a maximum amountof $201.80 for bulk water purchasers not on municipal sewer
Additional qualifiers apply.
Qualified applicants receive a rebate in the form of a credit applied to their tax or sewer account, dependent upon the program. 2024 CRA Notices of Assessment are required as proof of income for all adults residing in your household.
