MCCAP Resident Members Needed
Two (2) residents are needed as members of the Municipal Climate Change Action Plan (MCCAP) Committee; an active Committee made up of residents and Council members. Meetings are held about four (4) times each year during the day, in-person or virtual, depending on pandemic and other requirements.
If you are interested in helping the Municipality with projects related to climate change and the environment – let us know by 12 noon on September 28 that you would like to join MCCAP!
Virtual Public Hearing - WLUB Amendments - Payzant Drive
On July 27, 2021, Council gave notice of its intent to amend the text of the Windsor Land Use By-law to reduce the minimum lot specification requirements in the Single Unit Residential (R-1) and Two Unit Residential (R-2) zones for PID 45358314, 45366986, 45055167, 45276441, 45190493 and 45364775 on Payzant Drive, owned by Brison Developments Limited and 3229190 Nova Scotia Limited.
A virtual Public Hearing will be hosted by Council and is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, and will conclude at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. The Public Hearing will be available to be viewed live on the Municipal Facebook Page.
Members of the public are welcome to submit comments or questions on the proposed amendments to Sara Poirier, Senior Planner by 12:00 noon on Friday, October 22, 2021, by:
