A Public Information meeting is scheduled to be held at 6:00pm on September 29, 2026, in the Council Chambers at 76 Morison Drive, Windsor.
The purpose of this meeting is to explain and initiate comments on a development agreement application for 2382 Highway 215, Upper Burlington (PID 45186301), to enable on-farm diversified uses, including an event venue, farmers’ market, and other activities.
