Public Hearings will be held on January 27, 2026, during the regularly scheduled Council meeting beginning at 6:00pm, to consider the following applications:

  • rezoning PID 45038510 Highway 14, Windsor Forks, from Rural Commercial (RC) to General Resource (GR),
  • rezoning 5988 Highway 215, Kempt Shore (PID 45179462), from Rural Commercial (RC) to General Resource (GR), and
  • the following requests for multiple PIDs in Windsor: 1) a development agreement application for PIDs 45439098, 45190386 and 45055282 off Cole Drive, Windsor, to permit a large-format retail store and several smaller retail stores, 2) redesignating and rezoning PID 45439098 to Commercial/Wentworth Road Commercial (WR-C), and 3) rezoning PID 45190386 to Medium Density Residential (R-2) and removing it from the Wentworth Road Gateway District for future residential development.
