This meeting is to explain and recieve feedback on the following applications:
- a development agreement application for 19 Victoria St/240 King St, Windsor, PID 45059987, to permit a 4-storey, mixed-use development with 39 residential units and ground-floor commercial space, and
- a development agreement application for 172, 184, and 194 King Street, Windsor (PIDs 45057817, 45057825 and 45057833), to permit the conversion of the existing buildings to a place of worship and associated institutional uses.
